2. Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT:

• Use purchased software for illegal purposes
• Host gambling, adult, or crypto-investment schemes where prohibited by law
• Send spam emails or conduct phishing activities
• Use services for malware, hacking, or unauthorized access
• Abuse refund policy repeatedly
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks
• Resell, transfer, or redistribute licenses unless explicitly allowed
• Use hosting as cloud storage, video hosting, audio hosting, or large-scale file storage
• Violate intellectual property rights

3. Marketplace Disclaimer

ProductHill acts as a marketplace connecting customers with software vendors.
We do not own or operate third-party software unless explicitly stated.

4. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent ban
• No refund eligibility
• Reporting to legal authorities where applicable
