6. Purchases & Payments

• Logos
• Branding
• Website design
• Text
• Graphics

Are owned by ProductHill LLC or licensed to us.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ProductHill shall not be liable for:

• Vendor software downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Vendor performance
• Accuracy of descriptions
• Continuous availability

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProductHill LLC from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of products
• Violation of laws
• Violation of these Terms

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

• For chargeback abuse

Termination may result in loss of access without refund.
